How many quilters does it take …

… to change a lightbulb? Apparently at least three and even then there is some Googleling to be done! Betty doesn’t have a working light on her sewing machine. Between Georgie, Patti and Betty it was decided that Georgie would Google how to change the bulb and pass the information on.

… to put a table away. Neither Barb M or Barb K probably should have been hoisting tables, but you can’t always argue with them. However, Barb M’s method was different than Barb K’s and it took a bit of time for Barb K to come around – to the right side of the table.

In spite of it being hot, hot, hot we had a good crowd at the bee. We celebrated July birthdays with both Kathleen and Barb K. We saw the last of Barb M for awhile; she will be off visiting and then she’s stopping in Vancouver on the way home for knee surgery. We wish her a speedy recovery so she can get back to helping us with all our projects. We are also sending Penny our good wishes.

We were all suspicious of the many trips Donna S and Kathleen were making out to their cars during the morning. Did they have something more than projects in there?
