Lots of handwork

I don’t know if we were tired from our wonderful Retreat weekend or putting the finishing touches on some Christmas gifts, but there was a lot of hand stitching in the hall today. We were all concerned with how Barb K was progressing and were happy to hear she may soon be released from hospital. There was a lot of laughter and commentary as Margaret realized she had made some huge mistakes in her cat project. Patti and Betty were in the hall in the morning but slipped away to curling right after lunch; Dawn also disappeared and I think I heard she is also curling. Carola and Moreen came late, stitched a bit, disappeared and then Carola came back but left again very quickly. There must be something seasonal in the air.

Don’t forget the demo night on Thursday. This will be a “hands on” workshop so bring your machines. If you didn’t get a supply list let me know and I’ll forward one to you. Also remember the Invisible Machine Appliqué class on Saturday.
