It started out a much smaller crowd this morning but more and more members dropped in throughout the morning and by lunch we just managed to squeeze around two tables. We were happy to have Moreen join us again and Gail C dropped in to work on some pre-cuts for the Community Quilt weekend. Several of our regulars were missing, but some of them sent their excuses! Karen is on pins and needles waiting for the arrival of her granddaughter – only a few more sleeps until the due date.
We were so sorry to hear that Gail Werner has broken her leg. We all wish her a speedy recovery.
Next Tuesday some members from the Tuesday bee will be heading out on a road trip. Details will follow in a mail-out to the entire Guild. The hall will be open at 8:30 next Tuesday for those who want to get some stitching in before heading out on the road; if you aren’t going on the road trip you are welcome to remain at the hall for stitching.
Don’t forget the studio tour this Saturday and Sunday. Our own Shawn Bailey will have her studio open for visitors.
