(August 27, 2013)
Even if we didn’t welcome the rain today, we were glad to have some of our summer irregulars back. Margie couldn’t play tennis so she was in early; Barb couldn’t be golfing and we were glad to have her join us. We hadn’t seen Darlene or Sharon in awhile – welcome back. Nina was busy sandwiching a lovely quilt, and Georgie dropped in to share this little bit of wisdom!
The BC Film Classification Office describes a 14A movie in the following way, “Suitable for persons 14 years of age or older. Persons under 14 years of age must view these motion pictures accompanied by an adult. Motion pictures in this category may contain violence, coarse language or sexually suggestive scenes, or any combination of them. ”
Except for the violence and coarse language that might have described our day at the bee. Gail was flashing everyone (several times) and had us in stitches (no pun intended) with her description of her recent fittings. Kathleen was scrambling to cover her grandchildren’s ears and eyes. She’s probably relieved the kids will be in school before the next bee!
Did you remember that Lainey and Deborah both have fabric sales on this week?
