What do the Grinch, Santa and the Christmas tree have in common?

All three were themes for Project Tuesday at the bee today. As usual, Barb brought these wonderful Christmas-related patterns for us to choose from. I had to leave early, but by noon the room was full of grinches, Santas and trees. There were many other Christmas projects in the works as well. Some are in their finishing stages and others (like mine) are just getting started.

We missed Sandra Tuba at the bee today and wish her a speedy recovery. We kept your table open Sandy so come join us whenever you are ready!

If Georgie’s Thursday night demo of the Folded Snowflake scared you off, Darlene Sinclair and Sharon Erickson will be helping us work through the pattern next Tuesday. At least I think that’s what she said. She had a hard time getting her points across with all the heckling that was going on!

We ordered in pizza for our lunch. Thanks to Barb McCormack for placing the order and for picking it up. Barb got the biggest laugh of the day when she accidentally (on purpose) sneezed onto Kathy Parker’s weekly cookie (just kidding)! I wish I had caught the look on Kathy’s face on camera.

Our next Project Tuesday will be on December 4th – Barb will be leading us in making a snowman. Hopefully there will be no snow for the real thing, but if you missed the supply list and want to take part let me know and I’ll get it to you.

Nina will be sending in our November totals soon. If you have any inches completed please let her know. She’s expecting a big number at the December meeting. I know I’m working like crazy to get at least some of my projects finished.
