Guild Library

Sandra wants to remind everyone that, during the summer, the library is open on Tuesday between 9 AM and 2 PM. Drop by and pick up a book to give you some inspiration for a new summer project. No, it isn’t too late to start a summer project!

Managing UFOs

I follow the Quiltmaker magazine’s blog (http://www.quiltmaker.com/blogs/quiltypleasures). They are running a series on UFOs. Their first tip is to make a list of all your unfinished projects. I was thankful to read that they say this is an on-going step – I think it means you are free to start new projects to add to your UFO list! I’m going to give their method a try. Although I have a very short UFO quilting list, my wool and needlework list will be very long. Wouldn’t it feel lovely to find an “old” project to finish rather than feel guilty about starting a new one?
