I’ve been holding out on you

Every day for the past week (at least) I’ve been entering an online contest for a free long-arm quilting system valued at over $10,000. The draw isn’t until the middle of December but, in addition to the grand prize, the sponsors are giving away a monthly gift basket of thread, patterns and other great swag. I’m hoping that by entering every day I’ll be the lucky one! Fat chance I know but …

If you want to enter your name into the draw go to the APQS website (http://www.apqs.com/longarm-giveaway) and throw your name in the pool. If I can’t win the prize it would be lovely if someone else from the Guild did.

Today at the bee

We had a good turnout at the bee today. Some members stopped to sew; some dropped in on an errand and stayed to chat. We encourage everyone to stop by on Tuesdays from nine to two.
